The Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and us. Please take the time to read them carefully.
By visiting and purchasing access to shows and supporting organizers and artists through Kontomo, you agree to the following payment terms and conditions:
1. Payment, refund, and cancellation policy
Once a transaction is completed, it is considered a final sale, and no refunds or exchanges will be issued through the Kontomo platform. Each event organizer has their own policy in regards to exchanges and refunds should be contacted directly for such requests.
If an event organizer cancels a show presented on Kontomo and selects to refund patrons through Kontomo, a refund will be credited to the patron’s credit card or Paypal account. Any transaction fees are non-refundable.
If an event organizer chooses to refund other related purchases or donations made through Kontomo, a refund will be credited to the patrons credit card or Paypal account. Any transaction fees are non-refundable.
Kontomo is a service contracted by event organizers. Event content, location, presentation, and any issues arising from changes made the organizers are the responsibility of the event organizers and not Kontomo.
Event organizers may deny or restrict access to Stages hosted on Kontomo for reasonable cause.
2. Delivery of receipts and the Pass ID needed for personalized access
All receipts and Pass ID links are delivered through email.
